The University of Stirling is looking for a contractor with experience in providing electrical work services under a single supplier Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement covers various electrical repair and installation works to commercial and residential buildings. The university is seeking a contractor with the following expertise: — Installation and alteration to lighting and single/three phase power circuit; — Installation and alteration to distribution and sub-mains boards; — Investigation and fault diagnostics; — Capability to provide a 60 minutes — 24/7 emergency response time; — Capability to provide the adequate level of staffing availability and expertise to undertake concurrently, several works under the terms of the Contract on instructions issued by personnel from various divisions of the University. The awarded contractor will be required to ensure the provision of labour, plant (for works, access and protection) and materials as required for the undertaking of electrical services, throughout all properties owned, leased or rented by the employer, on or off the University Campus.
