Provision of community based minor hand surgery services in North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

NHS North Staffordshire and NHS Stoke on Trent are seeking to engage providers who are able to offer provision of minor hand surgery services in a community setting within North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent including but not restricted to the following procedures: Carpal tunnel decompression. Dupuytren's fasciectomy. Trigger finger release. Removal of ganglion in hand/wrist. There is an expectation that this service will achieve the following outcomes: High levels of patient satisfaction and clinical benefit. Reduction in demand on secondary care services. A minimum of 25 % saving against the existing service model (based on national tariff). Acceptable levels of access including an 18 week compliant pathway.
