The consultancy team (is to consist of a minimum of three (3) persons: one (1) of whom to be from the international or European scene and the other two (2) from the national scene) will undertake an evaluation study of the position of the identified disadvantaged groups (groups who are discriminated on the six (6) grounds of discrimination: age, disability, gender, race/ethnic origin, religion/belief and sexual orientation, as well as multiple discrimination, as well as the perception of the targeted audience (youths, LGBT, racial groups, public employees, victims of discrimination, professionals working with victims of discrimination, academics and professionals working in the field of equality, and relevant stakeholders (including NGOs, civil society movements and Government officials). This evaluation study will be ongoing throughout the project, as this team is responsible in designing guidelines for the studies, supervise research activities, and determine the content for training sessions and awareness raising, as well as empowerment tools, depending on the findings of this evaluation. This will ensure that the activities will target the needs identified by the same consultancy team.
