Our Council requires a social care provider to deliver specialist 24-hour care and support in a new intensive supported living service. This is an exclusive supported accommodation development for 5 adults who will require high levels of care and support. The service has been developed primarily, but not exclusively, for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and people with complex needs related to Autistic Spectrum Disorders, but the Provider may be required to support people with a range of other disabilities or long term conditions. The service will focus on people with behaviours that are challenging to services. The service will provide personal, practical, emotional and social care support. It will work in partnership with other services, including where appropriate supporting therapeutic interventions, within an outcomes focussed approach.
