North Lincolnshire Council is inviting tenders for a Framework Arrangement for the Provision of Road Condition Surveys. The framework arrangement will be awarded on the basis of the following lots: Lot 1 — SCRIM surveys; Lot 2 — Deflectograph surveys; Lot 3 — Scanner surveys; Lot 4 — Visual surveys. Interested parties may tender for 1 or any combination of lots. The framework arrangement will be awarded to the top 3 ranking tenderers per lot. North Lincolnshire Council is unable to guarantee any minimum quantities of work under this framework however it is anticipated that c. GBP 100 000 per annum will be spent in total across all lots. This framework arrangement is also open to access on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council by Cofely Work Place Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 598379 and whose registered office is at Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4DP, Cofely Workplace Limited acting on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council does not give any guarantee of minimum quantities ordered throughout the duration of this arrangement.
