Leicestershire County Council has the intention to appoint third Party specialist for a Property Asset Management System to replace the current system due to the hardware and software reaching the end of their support. The Council expects the system to fulfill the following requirements, as a minimum: — One integrated solution that supports the following: Project Management, Property data, Energy Information, Asset Valuations and Surveys / Inspections; — Be web based (either hosted on internal or external servers); — Provide remote access for staff working in the field and other third parties; — Statutory Capital / Fixed Asset Reporting; — Ability to interface with Oracle financials for invoicing; — Comprehensive Management reporting; — Provision of a test and training area/system; — Ongoing annual support and maintenance.
