Fjell/Sund and Øygarden municipalities shall merge to one New Øygarden municipality from 1.1.2020. A new professional system for maps [a geographic information system (GIS)] and an access system shall be procured. Public inquiry. The following information from the market is requested: — information about unclear and/or inaccurate requirements and descriptions, — information about any points that might be a distortion to the competition, — information about points that are superfluous (obvious), — information about any points in the requirement specification requiring a detailed description. The input to the inquiry shall not contain brochures and advertising materials. The input must be in Norwegian. The deadline for input: 12.2.2019 (12:00).
