In order to respond to this advert, suppliers must submit a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) to the Contracting Authority by the date given at IV.3.4) the pre-qualification questionnaire can be obtained from andrew.hrabi@dft.gsi.gov.uk. The closing date for return of the PQQ is 19.3.2012 (16:00 GMT).
