Kent County Council (KCC) is transforming the way that youth services are delivered in Kent. As part of this transformation KCC has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to commission a range of youth services across the county to be delivered from January 2013. Under the DPS, the Council will be running a mini-competition for an infrastructure organisation to support and enable the sector to deliver services to young people by building capacity and the quality of youth work and by providing funding support to Umbrella Organisations (Kent branches of the National Voluntary Youth Organisations and Kent branches of the Youth Sections of National Voluntary Organisations). To be included for this tendering opportunity, submissions of the DPS questionnaire must be received no later than 22nd February 2013.
