Submarine HVAC power cables BOG (Belgian Offshore Grid)

The contracting of design, engineering, construction, supply, installation, burial, handling and commissioning of submarine 220KV AC power cables including all necessary accessories, such as joints and terminations. The scope is a complete installed cable system. After commissioning the Tenderer can include operations, maintenance and repair. All provisions should be taken in order to install a RTTR (real time thermic rating system) We estimate the total length some 150 to 200 kilometers for the high voltage transmission. The lifespan of the cable system and installations should be 50 years. The final contracting entity may be: (i) Elia Asset S.A. and/or Elia ESO and/or (ii) any of the company belonging to the Elia group and/or (iii) a new company that will be set up by one of the companies of the Elia Group More information will be given in the calls for tenders.
