Framework agreement on video conferencing systems and central telephony Area 4A (New notice)

A framework agreement shall be signed for services and goods, hereunder central infrastructure components and end point equipment, for the Contracting Authority’s interaction systems. The Contracting Authority shall also enter into a continual maintenance contract that shall include maintenance services related to the existing interaction systems, as well as the expansions from call-off contracts that will be established in the framework agreement, provided that the Contracting Authority requires maintenance of the expansions.
