Swan Housing Association is seeking to procure services for the provision of Health & Safety Consultancy Services, including Corporate Health & Safety Consultancy Services, Business Continuity Planning, Health & Safety Services in the provision of Property Management and Maintenance, New Build Development, and the delivery of Supported Care, inclusive of all relevant functional training. This Contract is being procured on behalf of Swan Housing Association and Swan Social Housing Group. The parent undertaking of Swan Housing Association is Swan Social Enterprise Group is a company limited by guarantee, with subsidiaries: firstly, Swan Housing Association an Industrial & Provident Society and Registered Social Landlord with charitable status; secondly, Swan New Homes a non-charitable organisation limited by shares; as are HERA Management Services Ltd and Vivo Support Ltd; Swan Foundation a registered charity. The successful bidder will be expected to be able to deliver all of the services required within the tender bid. If your company can only partially deliver the services your bid is unlikely to be successful. The framework will be available to the following, such that each of the following will be entitled to purchase services from the framework: — Swan Social Enterprise Group and all other members of Swan Social Enterprise Group from time to time (including all subsidiary undertakings of Swan Housing Association from time to time), — Swan Housing Association and all other members of Swan Housing Association from time to time (including all subsidiary undertakings of Swan Housing Association from time to time), — any entities which fall into either of the following categories and which are permitted by Swan Housing Association or other members of the Swan Social Enterprise Group to make particular purchases from the framework from time to time: (a) any joint venture entities (whether companies, limited liability partnerships or otherwise) in which any member of the Swan Housing Association or Swan Social Enterprise Group participates from time to time (whether as a shareholder, member or otherwise); (b) any developer or contractor which is involved in a particular project in which a member of the Swan Housing Association or Swan Social Enterprise Group is also involved (for example, where a developer has received or is due to receive funding from a member of Swan Housing Association or Swan Social Enterprise Group to develop a particular scheme).
