The contracting authorities were seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the planned improvement works under a framework agreement. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single contractor for a period of 4 years but call-offs made under the framework agreement may last beyond the term of the framework agreement. The successful contractor is required to carry out any of the following works: supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms or void improvements, electrical testing and essential remedial works, fencing works, reroofing and roof repairs, disabled adaptations, external and internal decoration, insulation work, external render works, concrete repairs, general external repairs and photo-voltaic systems to tenanted social housing properties. The contract may also include other works to social housing of a planned nature.
