Framework Agreement, Firewall Licences and Accompanying Support

The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (Norwegian: DSB) would like to enter into a framework agreement for support and maintenance (licences) for the current firewall system as well as services and hw/sw (hardware/software). The framework agreement will also ensure the contracting authority's need for a contract with a tenderer who has good competence in firewalls, as well as good competence in general data security and networks. The daily operation and system maintenance service for the system shall be executed by the contracting authority and therefore not included in the agreement. The agreement period is three (3) years, with an option for an extension for further three (3) years.
