Translink is the public transport provider across Northern Ireland through a fleet of PSVs, local trains and a cross border service to Dublin operated in conjunction with Irish Rail. The services operate from a network of 75 bus stations, rail stations including 30 unmanned halts. Passenger facilities at stations which include shops, cafes, ATMs, vending and fixed site advertising opportunities, are located across the current estate with the main provision in the Greater Belfast area. Translink wishes to appoint a partner to manage and develop its current property estate to maximise ancillary income and develop future commercial opportunities associated with the aforementioned facilities. It is anticipated that an appointment will be made in Q3 2017 for an initial five year term, with further options up to a period of five years. Supplier registration on etendersni is essential to participate in this procurement. Please note the closing date of 15:00 on Tuesday, 21.3.2017.
