I21 SVLS Grating Substrates (DLSITT0365).

Design, supply of materials, manufacture, test and delivery of four fused silica cylindrical grating substrates for Diamond beamline I21-RIXS (Resonant Inelastic X-ray Scattering). The optics will be installed at DLS on a remotely controlled positioning system and operated under ultra high vacuum (UHV) conditions. The mirrors are to be UHV compatible. If the Supplier is not able to quote for all of the optics listed here then they are encouraged to quote only for the optics which they can supply.
