Works Tender to replace two existing wrought iron drain pipes with new uPVC pipes — Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum EEA Grants.

The Project Site consists of the Ħal Saflieni Visitors' Centre overlying the monument and is situated adjacent to third party residential property. The main entrance into the Visitors' Centre is situated in Triq iċ-Ċimiterju in Paola together with a fire exit door situated in Triq Ħal Saflieni in Paola. An Enemalta Corporation electrical sub-station is located at First Floor Level above the entrance foyer in Triq iċ-Ċimiterju in Paola. For this tender works will mainly be carried out from the neighbouring property, which is a two storey town house overlaying the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum monument. The wrought iron drain pipes are to be replaced with uPvc drain pipes with extra care as not to cause any damage to the Ħal Saflieni hypogeum monument beneath.
