Provision of support to the Design Office of F4E in the areas of mechanical CAD, plant layout (equipment & systems) CAD, schematics CAD, and electrical engineering CAD. The activities will be split in 2 lots: — Lot 1 will concern the general mechanical systems related to various ITER components, — Lot 2 will concern plant process design and electrical process design, again for various ITER elements. Please refer to the Annexes A and B of the tender specifications available at: https://industryportal.f4e.europa.eu/default.aspx. Fusion for Energy intends to conclude competitive multiple framework service contracts for the provision of CAD design support. A competitive multiple framework service contract is a procedure whereby identical contracts are concluded separately between Fusion for Energy and a number of service providers. For each lot, it is the intention of Fusion for Energy to conclude framework service contracts with 3 tenderers.
