National Big Screens Association Market Testing Exercise

There are over twenty large LED screens spread across the United Kingdom. These have been established over the past ten years by a partnership involving, at various times, the local authorities; the BBC; LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games); support from various public bodies (such as universities), commercial sponsors and public funders such as the Big Lottery. Leeds City Council (the City Council), on behalf of the BSA, is now seeking market testing information from suitably qualified and experienced providers interested in supplying high quality content sourcing and generation; operational delivery; and commercial, sponsor and partnership management for up to 20 Big Screens located in local authorities across the United Kingdom.
