Pilot Operated Surge Relief Valves (POSRV)

In order to develop a heat transport network in the South Holland region, WarmtelinQ intends to build a number of pipeline routes for this heat transport network, including additional heat stations. POSRV’s shall be applied in the heat transfer stations to protect the system against pressure surges caused by water hammer. The surge relief valve shall be pilot-operated and act based on set-pressure and inlet pressure difference.
