Whilst waiting for the completion of a large building at Evenes, 2 office barracks/module buildings are to be established to cover the temporary need. The module building will house office facilities. The actual scope is being reviewed. The scope is expected to be office places for approx. 150 persons, but this can be significantly reduced and increased in the final tender documentation. The final scope will be in the tender documentation that will be sent to the prequalified tenderers. The buildings will be erected for a period of 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year, total maximum 4 years, and will thereby fully comply with all regulatory requirements in TEK 17. The contracting authority will have an option to procure the module buildings. The anticipated start at the construction site is Q3 2021. One of the barracks must be ready for use in September 2021. The other must be ready for use in October 2021. The contracting authority also plans an option for several module buildings at the same location.
