Provision of non-motorised bicycles, accessories and related administration under a "Cycle To Work" scheme compliant with HMRC's regulations. The service will be required throughout the Dumfries & Galloway region. It is envisaged that the contract duration will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend the contract for two further 1 year periods, depending on supplier performance, budget availability and the continuing availability of the scheme through HMRC.
