The supplier shall review signalling scheme plans and produce new signal sighting forms for all new and altered signals/signs. The Supplier shall sight all signs and signal without the use of a 4 D modelling tool. The framework duration is based upon 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years and requires one supplier per area, in the event the area supplier is unable to undertake service, the adjacent area supplier may be considered. The framework may be used by other Network Rail regions who are adjacent to W&W.
