Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment. Radio and television services. Broadcasting equipment. The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission has appointed a supplier to provide Broadcasting & Related Services. These services required can be broadly categorised into the following areas: (a) 'No fail' broadcasting requirements include the recordings of the plenary sessions and Committee meetings by way of high quality audio & video feeds, operating & maintaining the NIA's broadcast equipment, creating & maintaining archives of all recorded material, managing the annunicator client and providing audio feeds to Hansard; (b) Standard Requirements/Services to include maximising the value and use of broadcasting related information in line with the NIA's Engagement Strategy, adding broadcasting strategic context & presence to the Engagement Directorate's Management Team, production of clips & material for viewing via the NIA's website and providing an element of capital broadcasting equipment procurement on behalf of the Assembly; (c) Ad Hoc broadcasting services and or advice in respect of VIP visits or special events; broadcast training and general AV help & advice; and; (d) Potential Broadcast Related Requirements/Services which subject to agreement may provide possible equipment repair and maintenance services, radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment, Radio and television services, Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment.
