ATC-NL invites you (software companies specialized in developing Fast-time ATM-simulation tools) to respond to a number of questions in order to obtain information concerning a simulation-exercise development tool. ATC-NL human factors/simulation products wants to be able to develop and maintain simulation exercises more efficiently and without having to use valuable ‘Simulator time’. The purchase of a fast-time SIM development tool could achieve these goals if the tool fully complies with the standards applied by ATC-NL. ATC-NL seeks an of the shelf fast-time development tool for airspace simulation exercises (SIM-exercises) that can be used to develop new SIM-exercises and maintain existing SIM-exercises. The fast-time simulation development tool must be a stand-alone/isolated tool, that is not connected to the simulator. For further information please refer to the questionnaire document.
