Tenders shall be given for a framework agreement for the delivery of wood and construction artilces to all entities in Fredrikstad municipality. Each entity has its own delivery address. Tenderers must have a shop and stores in Fredrikstad and the products shall be driven out to the ordering entity. Delivery shall be included in the price. The awarding authority shall also be able to collect products that are in stock the day they are ordered. The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process.
