NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a replacement time recording/case management/fee charging system for use by the central legal office. The system will be used by around 100 lawyers and support staff. The system will improve the efficiency of the legal office through improved time recording, case management, document indexing, registry search, bring-forward calendar, reporting and fee calculation. The system shall be accessible through PCs running a range of operating systems and web browsers and secured through authorisation and authentication. Suppliers will be expected to supply relevant software licences, support for system implementation, documentation, training and on-going application support.
