The Contracting Authority is in receipt of full grant funding from BBSRC to develop a new building on the existing Norwich Research Park as described herein. The new building will provide approximately 4,000 square metres of office, laboratory, business and social space in a new build multi-storey building on a vacant plot. The new building will be procured through a single stage design and build procurement route, with design developed by the Contracting Authority to RIBA stage D or E. The Contracting Authority will retain their professional team during the construction period. The contractor is to provide all necessary design services.
