Maintenance framework glazing works.

It is expected that the contractor for this product stream will have full knowledge and ability to work with and re-glaze all types of glazing. The glass types will be but not limited to Georgian rough cast and polished plate, laminated glass, double and single glaze, polycarbonate sheeting and energy efficient glass. Glazing replaced should be like for like or better so the building will always comply with the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 Regulation 14. It is expected that the contractor will provide a 24 hour emergency boarding service, with a 1 hour response time.
