The appointed Contractor will be required to undertake testing and inspections of fixed electrical installations and emergency lighting systems. Carry out remedial work resulting from inspections, respond to breakdown and failures and all other electrical work as required by the Employer. Duration The Electrical Maintenance Contract will be for a 4 (four) year contract as set out in the Contract Data with an option to extend for 2 years.
