Clackmannanshire Council believes the provision of an Intensive Support Service for Young People, as an alternative to custody, can provide a foundation to support an individual's transition to adulthood and improve their opportunities to develop as a useful member of society. Clackmannanshire Council invite tenders from organisations able to provide a Framework Agreement to provide an Intensive Support Services for Young People from Clackmannanshire who are within the Children's Hearings system and to those subject to a Movement Restriction Condition.
