2011/4320 Framework agreement telephony–Subscription/traffic services/mobile phones/related equipm.

The objective of the procurement is to cover the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning’s, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirements for telephony including subscription/traffic services (landline and mobile telephony) as well as mobile phones and related equipment. The Awarding Authority shall either enter into one joint framework agreement for telephony services and telephones/equipment or one framework agreement for telephony services and one framework agreement for telephones/equipment (WebShop). The tenderers are therefore allowed to submit tenders for lots of the similar extent, i.e. either as full-range supplier or as part supplier for supplies and services, respectively. If the tenderer has a WebShop for sales of mobile phones and accessories, a joint framework agreement can be entered into for supplies and subscription/traffic services. If the tenderer has not established WebShop, the tenderer is asked to give an account for how quickly such WebShop can be established, subsequent to contract signing. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
