Minor Construction Works for South High value Lot nº 6

A Devon County Council framework agreement for carrying out minor construction works covering the period from 4.2018 to 3.2022. The number of schemes is not known. The schemes, each of which will have an estimated value of from GBP 10 000 up to GBP 500 000 or GBP 1 000 000 as appropriate, will be the subject of an individual Works Order issued by the Project Manager/Supervisor. The types of works include footways, cycle routes, bus priorities, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming and works to recycling centres. Structural work, such as retaining walls and bridge deck repair, may also be included. The Form of Contract will be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (4.2013).
