PC392 Contract for the provision of Swimming Pool Maintenance (Planned and Responsive).

This contract is for the supply of material and labour for the planned and responsive maintenance of the current 38 swimming pools and associated equipment in Staffordshire County Council Establishments and any other establishments under the SLA agreements. The contract will require planned biannual inspections to include water quality analysis and an inspection/servicing of the operating plant. It will also include a 24/7 callout facility for responsive maintenance. Major replacement items excluded from the comprehensive nature of this contract are filter bodies, entire dosing systems (though components will be included) and heat exchangers. The maintenance of the pool basin and surround is excluded from this contract, however ladders, handrails and scum trough covers and their fixings are included.
