The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for the establishment of a contract for the procurement of school books, teaching aids, and textbooks for schools and other entities. The contracting authority for this tender contest is Råde Municipality on behalf of Våler, Moss, Rygge and Råde Municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority.) General information on the contracting authority can be found at www.rade.kommune.no www.valer-of.kommune.no www.moss.kommune.no These municipalities are acting as one contracting authority without a separate legal entity. Separate contracts will therefore entered into between each of the co-operating municipalities and the tenderer. If any of the municipalities separate parts of their operation to separate legal subjects during the contract period (e.g., limited company, foundation etc.), they will have an option to join the contract within a reasonable time on the original terms. Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.
