Welfare Technology, Framework Agreement

The call for tenders concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of welfare technology equipment to Alarmsentralen Sogn og Fjordane IKS (the Intermunicipal Alarm Call Centre Sogn and Fjordane) and its owners. Equipment approved by the contracting authority for use in the response centre system shall be purchased or rented/leased by the individual participating municipality in accordance with requirements. The contracting authority has an option to procure signalling installations and systems for nursing homes via the framework agreement. The value of the agreement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. However, it is very difficult to estimate a value as the need depends on many factors. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. Refer to the procurement documents for further information.
