VLE Media Delivery Solution RFI/PROC/PIN/2020

The Open University (OU) is investigating the option of procuring a cost-effective cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) media delivery solution (video/audio-on-demand/streaming) for integration into the University’s Moodle-based VLE that is used to support the needs of approximately 200 000 formally registered (fee-paying) students and staff. Suppliers that would like to respond to this pre-market engagement exercise must do so on In-Tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/openuniversity), details in communication above. A RFI pack is available to download on In-Tend. This prior information notice (PIN) is not a call for competition, for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
