Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to enter into Agreement with a service provider for the provision of domestic abuse support services in accordance with the specification and the terms and condistion set out in the agreement. The purpose of the service is to provide a flexible, multi-tiered service which promotes resilience, healty and safe living for both children and adults who are victims of domestic abuse. The primary focus of the service will be the delivery of advice, assistance, support and counseling for children and adults. The service will also provide education and awareness raising programmes.
