The contracting authority seeks an on-premise hyper converged infrastructure which can be integrated with public/private cloud infrastructure manageable via a single management interface to replace its legacy systems. The contracting authority also requires an efficient and cost- effective solution for data backup, including physical and virtual machines, application aware and file level backup, and for disaster recovery for business-critical applications. The contracting authority requires a disaster recovery solution hosted on site. The disaster recovery solution must cater for a range of scenarios such as the recovery of a single virtual machine to a catastrophic failure of the production site. The solution must facilitate the relocation of the production environment to the disaster recovery site.
