This framework contract is for the Supply and Distribution of Pasteurised Milk and Associated Products to cover multiple local authority locations in Scotland. It is intended that this framework contract will be established to permit Councils to order milk and associated products from appointed contractors through a sustainable methodology. This framework contract will be for three years with an opportunity to extend for up to one year. The GBP 36 million is based upon the contract duration of three years plus the extension period.
