Sør-Varanger municipality needs to hire nurses, social workers and health workers in cases where the municipality is unable to cover the need by its own full-time and part-time employees. This concerns personnel for longer or shorter assignments, both planned and acute assignments. Internal units at the contracting authority requesting the service are our nursing homes, the home care service (Norwegian abbreviation HBO) and the service for the disabled (Norwegian TFF). Sør-Varanger municipality intends to enter into framework agreement with three temporary staff agencies in a prioritised order.
