The overall objective of this project is the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Commingled Dry Recyclables (CDR) MRF Plant (and Equipment). This shall provide the required equipment to allow the Council to process 25,000 tonnes per annum of CDR material on a single shift basis increasing to 50,000 tonnes per annum on a two shift basis. The facility must comply with the Zero Waste Scotland requirements as they relate to Quality Management of all inputs and outputs.
