Ibsenhuset AS will via this prior information notice orientate contractors that the planning of works for fire improvements in Ibsenhuset Skien have started. The improvement works will mainly consist of complete sprinkling, audio warning, core drilling, replacing ceilings, facade renovation and upgrading and supplementing guideline and marking lights, general lighting, upgrading doors and door automation, and the adjustment of ventilation etc. The project will be carried out as a general contract. It is not possible to register for this prior information notice. The awarding authority will send a final notice for the competition that contractors can register for at a later date.
