To provide the Council with a single provider for the design, supply, installation, dismantling, temporary storage and re-erection of external access ramps for domestic properties. The Council is also considering the option of supply and installation only with internal resoucre carrying out the design stage. The option chosen by the Council will depend on potential suppliers having the critical requirement of 1 000 000 GBP Professional Indemnity cover. The ramps to be provided must not be wooden and must be able to be dismantled and re-erected if required.
