Framework Agreement for Aircraft Maintenance Services against which designated authorities will be able to run mini competitions for aircraft maintenance services for their Air Support Units (ASUs). The framework is open to all UK Police Forces and other emergency services. Whilst the contracting authority cannot guarantee the volume of orders under the Framework Agreement, the estimated total value, excluding VAT, is in the range of 4 000 000,00 GBP and 40 000 000,00 GBP (including cost of replacement parts). This range is based on the latest spend data available to date and is intended for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee to suppliers any business through this Framework Agreement. Frameworks and subsequent contracts will be governed by English law and any litigation will be taken through English courts.
