The framework requires that the successful supplier / suppliers are able to provide incontinence pads and garments as described in the forthcoming ITT. It is also expected that tenderers have a secure home delivery software application for use by the supplier to support community delivery via the management of health board bespoke patient prescription data, and also have the delivery capability to meet the expected cycles for home and care home deliveries. Typical delivery cycles are 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
