The Heritage Council (the ‘Contracting Authority’) invites tenders (‘Tenders’) to this request for tenders (‘RFT’) from economic Operators (‘Tenderers’) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the ‘Services’). In summary, the Services comprise providing the delivery of one of the Heritage Council’s key strategic programmes, to operate a service which is known as National Biodiversity Data Centre (NBDC) from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2022 (24 months in total).
