Planned Improvement Works Framework.

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably interested and qualified Service Providers who can undertake predominantly planned maintenance/ improvement work packages to domestic and or communal areas (which may include both occupied and void properties) to the relevant current British Standards at the time of drawdown to all current and future Procurement For All Members. The tender is for a position on a framework under which it envisages that contracts will be let to Service Providers within the framework for the provision of all or part of these services and the like to social dwellings, sheltered schemes, supported and special needs properties and potentially, commercial properties in the Client's ownership or managed by the individual members (including future members) of the Procurement For All Consortium (under a series of partnering contracts). Procurement For All is a growing consortium of Registered Providers with housing stock distributed across England and Wales. Each member or groups of members may subsequently tender through a mini competition between the framework Providers and enter into contracts with successful contractors on a geographical basis for a period of up to 4 years subject to annual performance review. The Providers will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the employers and their customers whether tenants or leaseholders. The employers will require the Providers to cooperate with them in working towards a partnership approach in providing a service to the Employer's requirements. The Authority and its present and future members reserve the right to withdraw from this procurement procedure at any time. Bidders are responsible for the costs and expenses they incur as a result of participating in this procurement procedure. The Authority is interested in expressions of interest from bidders who can provide a service both on a national and regional basis. The values stated below are an estimated value of the works based on 4 years and across several current members and future potential members, however the Authority does not and cannot guarantee the value. The lots are divided as follows: Lot A – Kitchens and Bathrooms; Lot B – Windows and Doors; Lot C – Central Heating.
