University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and North Bristol NHS Foundation Trust require a Contractor to provide a Jr. Doctor roster system. Most junior doctors work shift patterns and a system is needed to ensure these rotas are New Deal and European Working Time Directive (EWTD) complaint. The trainee junior doctor's contract requires the Trust to monitor the rotas twice yearly, as a minimum, so a system is required to undertake this. The Trusts are looking for a solution that will allow the creation and alteration of rotas for medics, full support in the monitoring of the rotas at the trusts and the ability to produce detailed management information reports. The successful supplier will be expected to provide a robust and responsive customer support provision, with the ability to acknowledge and resolving logged calls under agreed KPI response times.
