North Hertfordshire District Council invited Tenders for bulk transport, processing and sale of Commingled Recyclable materials for itself and on behalf of East Hertfordshire District Council. North Hertfordshire Council lead on this procurement but separate contracts are awarded and each authority is responsible for the management and administration of its own contract.
